Calculates the dimensions of a stranded layer.

The calculation takes into account, that the inner diameter rises when the lay-length becomes shorter. This correction can be disabled setting s to 0.
If s is set smaller then n times d, then s is also reset to zero.
 

Instructions:

Use the dot "." as decimal sign!
